Shipping & Returns
Packages will be shipped vis USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If you would like your purchase to be shipped via a different method, or you need your things in a hurry, contact us.
For an international shipping quote please contact us directly before making your purchase. When shipping internationally we will send you an invoice via email and you will be able to pay online using your credit card.
Returns & Exchanges
We carefully check each item before it ships to ensure you receive the highest quality product. In the event that you feel you have been sent a defective or damaged product please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving it.
Once you have confirmed your return with us, we will gladly issue store credit for any item returned to us with original packaging. Due to the nature of our business we can not offer full refunds at this time. Thank you for understanding.
If your purchase is damaged in transit please keep all shipping materials as we may need photographs in order to file a claim with the carrier.
If you have concerns about shipping items back to us safely, please don't hesitate to contact us and we can advise on packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
